Know Your Numbers Health Assessment

Each assessment lasts up to 15 minutes so there is plenty of time to explore various lifestyle factors and to provide you with the support you need. This comprehensive assessment will give you a holistic view of your health, highlighting where you are doing well and any areas that you may want to improve. Each assessment includes measurements and a finger tip blood test to look into the following health parameters:

  • Height and weight

  • BMI and waist-to-height ratio

  • Blood pressure and heart rate

  • Blood glucose

  • Blood cholesterol

The physiologist will discuss your results at the end of your appointment and a scorecard will be provided for you to take home.

Who: AXA Health Physiologist, James Murray, will deliver each assessment.

When: The appointments will take place on 27th August from 09:30 - 16:30. The duration of each appointment will be 15 minutes.

Where: In the Fiserv Excellence Centre at Fiserv Basildon - Janus House, Endeavour Dr, Basildon SS14 3WF.
