Workplace massage days are a fantastic way to help colleagues reduce the physical symptoms of stress and to relax.
These pressure point style massages are carried out through the clothes, focusing on the whole of the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and head.
The session is carried out with the receiver sitting in a specially designed chair and is developed to have an energising as well as stress alleviating effect.
Who: An AXA Health masseuse will deliver each appointment.
When: The appointments will take place on 14th October 10:00 - 16:30. The duration of each appointment will be 15 minutes.
Where: Fred & Ginger meeting room at AXA Assistance Redhill - The Quadrangle, 106-118 Station Road, Redhill Surrey RH1 1PR.
