Workplace massage days are a fantastic way to help colleagues reduce the physical symptoms of stress and to relax.
These pressure point style massages are carried out through the clothes, focusing on the whole of the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and head.
The session is carried out with the receiver sitting in a specially designed chair and is developed to have an energising as well as stress alleviating effect.
Who: An AXA Health masseuse will deliver each appointment.
When: The appointments will take place on 16th October 10:00 - 16:30. The duration of each appointment will be 15 minutes.
Where: In room 03-28 at AXA XL London - 20 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0BG.
