Diabetes Awareness
There are an estimated 4.6 million people in the UK who live with a diabetes diagnoses, and nearly 1.3 million people could be living with type 2 diabetes who are yet to be diagnosed. A person’s risk of type 2 diabetes is influenced by lifestyle factors including a lack of exercise, poor nutrition and obesity. And when it comes to a complex condition like diabetes, there’s so much information out there that it can be hard to know fact from fiction.

The different types of diabetes, their causes and risk factors
The current research surrounding lifestyle interventions and impact of diabetes on mental health
How to reduce your risk of diabetes by leading a healthy lifestyle
