During this 10 minute appointment a finger tip blood test will be conducted to determine your Cholesterol and Blood Sugar levels. It’s not essential, but where practically possible a 4 hour fast (excluding water) is recommended to give slightly more accurate results. We have different reference points for fasted and non-fasted, so if you are not fasted you will still be able to do the test.
